Randy Rhuman, CPA, CFE
Chief Executive Officer

Randy Rhuman is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Rhuman and Associates CPA and Tax 40 Corp. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in the State of Idaho and a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE). Randy brings more than 20+ years of comprehensive experience in the accounting field. His professional background spans a wide range of services, including audits, tax preparation, financial reporting, payroll management, and full-service bookkeeping.

Throughout his career, Randy has built a reputation for being both detail-oriented and approachable—qualities that have earned the trust of individuals, businesses, and nonprofit organizations alike. His passion lies in empowering clients by helping them navigate the often-overwhelming world of finance and compliance. Whether he’s supporting a new entrepreneur with their first tax return or advising a growing business on financial strategy, Randy takes pride in delivering solutions that are both practical and personalized.

As a Certified Fraud Examiner, Randy is also uniquely equipped to help clients safeguard their assets and strengthen internal controls. His combined knowledge of taxation, accounting, and fraud prevention provides a strong foundation for clients looking for more than just traditional accounting experience.

Randy firmly believes that tax season doesn’t have to be stressful or time-consuming. His goal is to make the process as clear, efficient, and painless as possible—freeing up his clients to focus on what they do best. Under his leadership, Rhuman and Associates has become known for its responsive service, honest guidance, and commitment to helping clients thrive year-round.

Randy especially enjoys meeting with clients to discuss strategic guidance and helping them make informed and confident choices for their financial future such as: S-Corporation status, complex business and tax strategies.

When he’s not leading the firm or meeting with clients, Randy enjoys spending time traveling with his wife, children, and grandchildren. He also is currently in the process of creating his own business leader’s podcast named: The Rhuman Connection. His podcast will be available soon.

Karen Davis
Staff Accountant

A proud Treasure Valley native, Karen has been an integral part of Rhuman and Associates since the firm opened. With over 25 years of experience in the accounting field, Karen brings a wealth of knowledge, professionalism, and a steady hand to every client she works with. Her areas of expertise include tax preparation, bookkeeping, and payroll—skills she has honed through years of hands-on work with businesses and individuals across a wide range of industries.

Karen’s educational background includes studies at both Treasure Valley Community College (TVCC) and Boise State University (BSU), where she laid the foundation for her long and successful career. In addition to her accounting accomplishments, Karen made the bold decision to step away from the profession for a time to raise her family and pursue a nursing degree—a testament to her dedication, compassion, and strong work ethic.

Karen is more than just a skilled accountant—she is a trusted advisor, a steady presence in the office, and a mentor to her colleagues. Her attention to detail, calm demeanor, and commitment to excellence make her an invaluable asset to the Rhuman and Associates CPA team. Clients appreciate her approachable nature and her ability to simplify even the most complex financial matters with clarity and care.

Outside of work, Karen finds joy in the outdoors and spends time with those she loves most. She enjoys hiking, traveling, and cherishing moments with her husband, two children, and three grandchildren. Her warmth, both professionally and personally, enriches the workplace and enhances the client’s experience in meaningful ways.

Chad Neuzil
Staff Accountant

Chad Neuzil brings a strong sense of discipline, dedication, and service to the team, having served in the United States Marine Corps for a total of 10 years. After completing his active-duty service, he continued serving in the Marine Corps Reserves until 2023. Following his active-duty military service, Chad pursued higher education at the University of North Texas and is currently working toward earning his CPA license in the State of Idaho.

Before joining our firm in 2025, Chad gained valuable experience at a similarly sized accounting office in Texas, where he honed his skills in client service, tax preparation and financial reporting. His commitment to excellence and detail-oriented approach make him a valuable asset to our team.

Outside of the office, Chad & his wife Chanelle enjoy an active and adventurous lifestyle. He is an avid skydiver, flies general aviation airplanes, explores new hiking trails, rides both dirt bikes and his Harley-Davidson, and practices long-distance precision shooting. He’s also passionate about collecting and restoring antique tractors.

Fun facts: Chad is a certified EMT, a Colt-certified weapons armorer, and previously worked as an Audi technician while attending school. He also owns two German Shepherds who keep him on his toes.

Jeanine Boster
Office Administrator

Jeanine joined Rhuman & Associates in January 2024 as our Office Administrator. Jeanine has quickly become a valued member of our team, demonstrating a remarkable understanding of the complexities of tax and accounting. Her eagerness to learn has been truly impressive, and she has acquired a substantial base of knowledge.

Jeanine brings a wealth of diverse experiences to our firm. She is a 2001 graduate of Northwest Nazarene University with a bachelor’s degree in English, her professional background includes roles as a waitress, gas station attendant, and even a Community Service Officer with the Nampa Police Department. However, her most treasured roles are those of wife and mother. This June, she will celebrate 24 years of marriage with her grade-school sweetheart, and together they have three wonderful children. Jeanine expertly manages a busy and fulfilling life, balancing her work, family, her children’s various activities, church involvement, and caring for her father. In her personal time, she enjoys quality moments with family and friends, reading, exploring unique dining experiences, and finding relaxation in the mountains.

As our primary point of contact, Jeanine is dedicated to building relationships with our clients and ensuring they receive the assistance and information they need.
